Seahorse Cottages at Big Pine I and II and The Avenues at Big Pine Key were awarded a competitive Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR)  funding allocation from Florida Housing Finance Corporation in 2020. These developments are currently under construction and will be ready for occupancy starting in the 4th quarter of 2022.
