Jason Goldfarb
Founder and President
Mr. Goldfarb has over 20 years of real estate development experience focused on bringing quality, affordable housing to communities in need. He has successfully delivered on his commitment to revitalize communities through forging strategic and meaningful partnerships alongside nonprofits and other mission-based organizations.
Mr. Goldfarb continues to educate and support numerous non-profit organizations in consultative or partnership capacities, recently playing a pivotal role for a large non-profit organization by allocating funding for various types of developments through the Florida Housing Finance Corporation . He currently has multiple developments in credit underwriting and construction stages including low-income housing serving seniors, workforce, and farmworker residents.
Prior to founding Odyssey Housing Group, Mr. Goldfarb served as a Director in The Related Group’s affordable housing division. He was primarily responsible for identifying new subsidies, negotiating land acquisitions in underserved markets, and managing funding applications for low income and mixed income residential development. Mr. Goldfarb played a key role in securing over $450 million in funding for the rehabilitation and construction of over 2,000 affordable housing units throughout the State of Florida. He has also served as a senior associate for a nationally-recognized real estate investment brokerage firm where he negotiated and facilitated over $300 million of commercial property transactions.
Mr. Goldfarb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration from Kent State University and lives in Miami Beach, Florida.
